Conference and Meeting Rooms

Bison Ranch Resort Suites
Within the Resort we have a luxurious Executive Board Room that will accommodate up to 20 persons conference style.

Bisontown
We also have two breakout rooms in Bisontown adjacent to the Resort that can accommodate up to 30 persons with theatre style seating.

Meeting Pavilion
The Meeting Pavilion can accommodate up to 300 persons theatre style. It is just a short three minute walk from the Resort. The Pavilion has state of the art audio and visual capabilities including a 24 channel sound system, video projection with remote operated screen, and an 18 foot raised stage.

Lodge
The Lodge, which is adjacent to the Meeting Pavilion, features four breakout rooms of various sizes that can accommodate from 15 to 50 persons each.

Outdoors
We also have a large outdoor area that can accommodate up to 300 persons for traditional western cookouts or other catered events.

Catering Services
