Reservations
A valid credit card or a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking to confirm and guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled no less than seven days prior to the arrival date to avoid any charges. If a cancellation is made within seven days from arrival, the guest is responsible for a charge equal to the first nights room rate and tax. If the room is being guaranteed with a credit card, that card will be charged. If the room was confirmed with an advance deposit, the guest will forfeit an amount equal to the first nights room rate plus tax. If we are able to re-sell the reserved accommodations over the same dates we will waive any cancellation charges.

Holiday, Weekend and Special Event Periods
There are some holidays, weekends, and special event periods that have minimum night stay requirements. Easter Week, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas through New Years are some of the minimum night holiday periods. Holiday rates may apply during these timeframes. Please contact the Resort directly or visit our web site for other minimum night stay time periods.

Pet Policy
The Bison Ranch Resort Suites will gladly accept service assistance animals in any of our suites. Otherwise, guest pets are not allowed on the property.

Check In / Check Out Times
Our guaranteed check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 12 noon.

Maximum Number of Occupants
The maximum number of occupants in the one bedroom suites is two adults and two children, 12 years or younger. The maximum number of occupants in the two bedroom suites is four adults and two children 12 years or younger.

Quiet Time
Between the hours of 10 pm and 8am we request that guest refrain from any loud activity to preserve the comfort of the Resorts other guests.

Natural Environment
The Bison Ranch Resort Suites is nestled among the pines of the White Mountains. We share this area with nature’s wonderful wildlife, including deer, raccoon, birds, skunks, lizards, and even some spiders and field mice. We do not charge extra or give refunds for the presence of the magnificent wildlife that
surround us.
